Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the MosqKiller – Mosquito Sound – app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Neelesh Sahu (collectively, the "Application"). Neelesh Sahu is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-01.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. Depending on the features and third-party services enabled in the Application, this information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Device model and manufacturer
- Mobile operating system and version
- Application version
- Application usage information
- The pages or screens of the Application that you visit
- The time and date of your visits
- The time spent using the Application
- Technical information related to application performance, errors, and crashes
The Application's primary purpose is to generate and play adjustable sound frequencies. The Service Provider does not intentionally collect or store microphone recordings, photos, videos, contacts, or personal files through the core functionality of the Application.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to support application functionality, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or other service delivery.
Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
How the Application Uses Information
The Service Provider may use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Application
- Improve Application performance and functionality

Audio and Sound
MosqKiller generates audio frequencies through the device's audio system.
The Application does not require access to the microphone for its core sound-generation functionality and does not intentionally record conversations or ambient audio.
Users should avoid listening to high-volume sounds for extended periods and should use a comfortable volume level.
MosqKiller is a sound-frequency exploration and mosquito-deterrent application. Results may vary, and the Application does not guarantee that mosquitoes will be repelled, killed, or eliminated.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider may use trusted third-party service providers to support the Application, including services for:
- Advertising
- Analytics
- Crash reporting
- Application performance
- In-app purchases
- Cloud or technical infrastructure
These third parties may process automatically collected technical information according to their own privacy policies.
Where possible, the Service Provider works with providers that process information only for the purposes for which it is provided.
The Service Provider may also disclose information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application.
Uninstalling the Application stops the Application from collecting information from that device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party service providers.
You may also be able to control advertising identifiers, permissions, and certain privacy settings through your device's operating-system settings.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
