This Privacy Policy applies to the FixMate: AI Home Repair Guide mobile application and any related services operated by Neelesh Sahu (collectively, the “Application”). Neelesh Sahu is referred to as the “Service Provider.”

The Application may collect information when you download and use it. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

The information requested by the Application will depend on the features you choose to use.

AI Diagnosis and Repair Guidance

FixMate may process information you provide about household problems to provide troubleshooting, diagnosis, educational information, and repair guidance.

If you use visual diagnosis, images may be processed by the Application or applicable AI services to help analyze the household problem.

AI-generated guidance is intended for informational and educational purposes and may not always be accurate. You should verify important information and use appropriate caution when performing repairs.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, security, subscription management, and service delivery.

Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

How Information Is Used

The Service Provider may use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Application
• Provide AI troubleshooting and repair guidance
• Process visual or voice-based features
• Save your home inventory, maintenance, and repair history
• Provide cloud synchronization for eligible Premium users
• Maintain and improve Application functionality
• Process subscriptions and verify Premium entitlements
• Respond to support requests
• Detect fraud, abuse, or security issues
• Send important service-related notices
• Provide marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with your consent
• Comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party service providers for functions such as:

• AI processing
• Authentication
• Cloud storage and synchronization
• Analytics
• Crash reporting
• Subscription and payment processing
• Hosting and infrastructure

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide the services they perform for the Application and subject to applicable agreements and laws.

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information as a general business practice.

Home Data and Cloud Synchronization

FixMate is designed with an offline-first approach.

Basic information may be stored locally on your device. Premium users may have access to cloud synchronization for home data, including rooms, assets, maintenance information, and repair history.

Cloud-synchronized information may include:

• Home and room information
• Household assets
• Maintenance tasks and completion records
• Repair history
• Diagnosis history
• Notes and related information
• Photos or other files you choose to synchronize

You can continue to use locally stored information even if cloud synchronization is unavailable.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may process or transfer personal information to countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards may include:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions
• Other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
• Your consent, where required and legally permitted

Data protection laws may differ between countries. The Service Provider will apply legally required safeguards for applicable international transfers.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party service providers.

You may also contact the Service Provider to request deletion of applicable personal information.

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Retention may include:

• Account and User Data: Retained while your account or related services remain active and for a reasonable period afterward
• Home, Maintenance and Repair Data: Retained while required to provide the requested features and, for cloud-synchronized data, until deletion is requested or the account is otherwise closed
• Automatically Collected Data: Retained for a reasonable period necessary for analytics, security, troubleshooting, and legal purposes
• Subscription Records: Retained as necessary for payment, entitlement verification, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
• Aggregated or Anonymized Data: May be retained indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably identify you

You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
